Greg has extensive knowledge in Real Estate Appraising.  His experience has allowed him a deep understanding in
the Appraisal Report Writing process. His work history includes a great portion
of time in Lake Havasu City, AZ, Bullhead City, AZ and Parker, AZ.  These locations are very complex in nature and have provided Greg accelerated growth as an Appraiser. Regions such as these require extensive research and precisely accurate data gathering, due to the sporadic growth in these areas.

For the past three years, Greg has been applying his great knowledge and expertise here, in the city of Phoenix and surrounding cities. He is an experienced Appraiser with superior knowledge in his field.  He is thoroughly diligent with his research and aggressive in obtaining the most current, verifiable documentation in every report.  This makes him especially invaluable in particularly newer developing areas where data is often difficult to obtain.

Greg has been performing Urban, Suburban,  and Rural Single Family Home Appraisals; Manufactured Home Appraisals; Multi-Family Home Appraisals; Condominium Appraisals; and Vacant Land Appraisals for the past five years in the state of Arizona.  He continues his education in USPAP Compliance, Fannie Mae Compliance, Lender Services and Technology in order to provide his clients with the utmost product and service.
